Requirements:
- Male Age 25-30 years old
- Having 1 year working experience in the same position, preferable in shoe manufacture
- Have knowledge in Continuous Improvement system and process.
- Have knowledge about Industrial Engineering concept in shoe production manufacturing
- Hold minimum Diploma Degree (D3), majoring in Industrial Engineering ( Industrial Technic ) / Industrial Management from reputable university
- Fluency in English both oral & written
- Computer literature (MS Office, MS Visio & Autocad)
- Dynamic presentation & communication skill
- Strong leadership & team player
- Have good analytical skill
- Good interpersonal skill
